Setting up an Account
We would be honored to partner with you; prior to sending your first specimen an account will need to be established. If a specimen is received without an established account, results will be held until an account is active. Viracor Eurofins offers two account types, depending on your method of payment.
Note: Orders received that are not in compliance with our billing policy may result in delayed turnaround time. If you have any questions about our billing policy, please contact us.
DIRECT ACCOUNT BILLING
Direct billing simplifies the ordering process and helps to avoid delays in specimen processing. Viracor Eurofins bills the hospital or reference laboratory directly for patient testing ordered by the facility.
To set up a direct account with Viracor Eurofins fill out the Account Set-Up Form and mail or fax it to:

Please allow 1-2 business days upon receipt of the completed Account Setup Form for account to be established.

PREPAYMENT
Viracor Eurofins accepts prepayment for clients not associated with a direct account. An account Setup Form will need to be completed and mailed or faxed as stated above. Once the Prepaid Account is set up, a personalized test requisition will be provided. Payment information must be included on the test requisition form at the time of specimen receipt. Viracor Eurofins accepts payment by check, money order, or the following credit cards:
